Original print hand-drawn and designed by Melbourne artist Jacinta Weir from Two Little Ducklings. The hat features an elasticated toggle around the head for the perfect fit that is easily adjusted and holds firm around the head as well as a cord and toggle under the chin to keep the hat in place.
